I have braces too. He tells you not to eat those stuff because it makes your braces easy to break. Coz if they do break you have to go through all the repair stuff and it gets really annoying

Wow you need to tell the orthodontist the truth.

Do your parents know you are doing that?

It will cost your parents a pretty penny because of you not following what the orthodontist is advising you NOT to do.

the ortho tells you these things because its important. He has gone through tons of training and tests to get where he is. he is a professional. if you arent going to follow the rules and take care of your braces and teeth, then you are wasting time and money.
if you take care of them, and do what your ortho tells you, then that is less time you have to wear the annoying junk in your mouth.
