is there any programmmes for taking picture from a vedio lip and can i take a picture to the internet page i remeber ,once ,i saw someone doing this taking a picture to the internet page and display it exactly as it display in internet how could i do so

If all you want is a screen grab then all you have to do is press the "Print Screen" button on your keyboard. Is located at the very top above the arrows. There are three buttons there print screen scroll Lock and pause.

Ok, once you press the Print Screen button then open your favorite photo editing utility. I'm cheap and lazy so I just use microsost paint which is located under start>>programs>>assesories. Then press ctrl-V (read control V) or click on edit paste to oaste the picture. There you can edit your picture to eliminate unwanted parts and or save it to a different format.
