I found a kitten under my truck today, and I'm wondering how to care for it? It doesn't seem to walk well, she sort of drags her back legs. Her nose seems bloody, and she can't eat or drink by herself. Of course, no one is open now (Human Society, SPCA etc.)
Will she sleep through the night? Is there anything I can feed her, that I would have at my house? Or should I just hope she'll be ok until I take her to the vet ot SPCA in the morning?

I forgot to mention that every few minutes her whole body twitches. I know its not a good sign, but she's definetely feisty. She's sleeping now, and I'm hoping I get to soon

Get a large laundry basket and put some towels inside for cushion.
Examine the cat if she'll let you. Does it seem like she was hit by a car? (The bloody nose concerns me.) Does she let you touch her hindquarters? Feel her sides, are they firm? Do her legs appear broken?
If the answer is yes to any of these, I'd call around and see if there's a veterinary emergency room in your area.
If that's not an option for you, then I'd put the kitty somewhere she can be comfortable sleeping, and wait till morning.
It couldn't hurt to call around and see what time the vet's office or SPCA opens, they usually have a recorded message after hours.
Just understand that if you turn her in to the SPCA, they will probably euthanize if they think she's sick or injured.
Good luck!

Have some water available, and give her some boiled chicken if you have some. You could also give her some milk, but cow's ,ilk gives them diarrhea, but a little bit might be OK, or some yoghurt if she eats some. Take her to a vet clinic, I know it sounds like she is in a very bad shape, but I've seen vets do miracles, if they keep her under medication for a few days. Good luck to both of you. Oh, and give her a nice soft bed (like a box filled with rugs) to sleep in, and let her quiet or alone if she's scared.

It sounds like she might have gotten hit by a car. The best thing to do is to keep her warm with some blankets or even a hot water bottle if you have one. And don't give her milk b/c that will give her diarrhea. If you have an eye dropper or something, try to just get some fluids in her to keep her hydrated and get her to a vet as soon as you can! Good luck!

People tuna is not good for cats. Neither is people milk. It will make her sick.Try to give a drop or two of water at a time to see if she can keep that down. That kitty needs a Vet asap. If you had some meat baby food you could try that a drop at a time. But kitten milk replacer is best. Im sorry but it doesnt sound promising.

The twitching could be down to a flea infestation. You really need to get her to a vet. Also buy some wet cat food and mash a small amount up if the cat is hungry she will eat it.

DONT feed the cat. Feeding it would take the chance of having the kitty choke.
Just use a spare blanket or pillow as a place for the cat to rest.
I wish you and the kitty luck!

Just FYI, there are animal hospitals that are open 24/7. You can check the yellow pages and find the one nearest you. I hope the cat is OK now.
