First of all calm down! Take a few deep breathes and think about why you are crying or who you are crying over are they worth it? You are better than that! Try to watch a movie to get your mind off things or even try going to sleep things always look brighter in the morning!

Well it would help if u let someone know whats going on, but if u need to talk send me an email, and know that everyting happens for a reason even if u don't see it until much later.

don't cry too much it will hurt your eyes.talk to a friend or if you have a counselor or pastor tell them your problem.
