I like my coffee with cream and milk. lol.

I never use cream or creamer. I like it strong and bitter. I prefer instant to brewed as the latter is just too weak and diluted. Whenever I can, I get a quad espresso (that's 4 shots). I use a teaspoon of real sugar. A pet peeve of mine is when someone comments at why I don't use cream. I usually tell them they should just drink milk if they want to mask the bitterness of the coffee.
Sin? Sorry I'm not religious. I know Mormons are not supposed to have coffee. Good......more for me. Bad? What would be worse, falling asleep at the wheel and killing people and/or yourself, or enjoying a legal stimulant which will keep you awake?

As a licensed dietician, it's always amused me that some people draw the line, religiously, at caffine. These are the same people who think nothing of taking an aspirin for a headache.

The truth is, ALL foods alter the "natural" state of the body. If it didn't, it'd be worthless! Protein and fats, along with carbohydrates, fuel the body by converting to Adenosine triphosphate. Energy spikes trigger the release of insulin. The protein and fats we don't burn for energy BECOME us: they repair damage, cushion joints, and form new cells.

I like my coffee black. Once in a while I'll add a little milk, but usually I'll just drink it straight-up.

Coffee, by the way, isn't "bad" for you. It actually contains antioxidants, which assist your immune system in fighting disease. Too much caffine can be dangerous, however.

Although I dont know of any religion that would say drinking coffee is a sin, the LDS religion does have the Word Of Wisdom which has a warning against hot drinks. It also warns of excess in eating too much meat and has warnings about alcohol and tobacco. A recent study at UCLA showed that the average life expectancy of a person who grew up LDS was appx. 15 years higher then the national average.

Actually, coffee beans are "good" for you...recent studies have shown benefits of 1 cup a day...but we take it in too huge of a quantity which isn't healthy and add sugar, fattening milk, etc....so, enjoy your cup and have a nice night's rest.

music: If "all issues serve God," alongside with all evildoers, how do Christians justify the existence of God's hell? Why might your God punish for eternity people who've SERVED him? Christianity is any such stupid faith. all of us who isn't too attentive to the three-headed beast talked approximately as the Christian god, basically desires to examine the first of (intellectually vacant) people who say they "serve" him. yet I digress. devil is a Christian invention to justify all the crap that happens in this worldwide, exonerating the "all-loving" God the daddy from dastardly deeds and activities, on the same time as this God created each little thing in accordance to Christian dogma. devil is Christianity's scapegoat. while brainwashed Christian infants finally settle for the parable it is Santa Claus, they are actually not allowed to eschew the equivalent fantasy it is devil. Calling themselves "infants of God" is definitely fairly apropos with the aid of fact of their stunted emotional and psychological strengthen.
