recently got back in contact with a friend of mine I uesd to go to high school with. The first time we went out, I paid for everything, we went to a concert.I paid for our tickets, our food, drove us around, and even drove her to get some money from this guy she's been seeing then we wen went to buy outfits and she had the ordacity to ask me to help her buy some earrings, the second time, I drove her and her sister, to this restauraunt, paid for her sister to eat,(because it was her birthday) I spilt some food on my shirt and she laughed histeriaclly, and told her boyfriend she will make fun of me if she wants too. Plus her sister, always asks me sutpid questions like "what do I do when I give oral sex, and what type of positions, do I do? What really questions my friendship, is the other day, it was my friends birthday, we all met up a restaraunt and bought ballons, and cake for my friend,(my best friend) and my old friend, asks me out the clear blue if "I got her for dinner"

I'm like what the heck? First off she enver asked me to pay for her dinner, and I' don't mind treating my friend, but I end up paying because hse explains to me that she's oughta work..so we drop off my best friend, and she asks me for gas money, and I give her ten dollars..so is it me but it just seems like everytime we go out, but on the flip side, she tells people I'm her closet friend, and hse loves me, and all this stuff but I;m paying, driving, and everything.is this my friend or foe..I'm not really sure.

Dump her ***. I mean, what the hell. You are out of High School now. You don't need this **** and also, if my friend dumped her dinner on her I would first make sure she wasn't hurt from hot food being dumped on her and then help her clean up. Then I would flag down the waiter to get her another plate of food. When my best friend and I go out I pay 50% of the time and she pays 50% of the time. If I'm in a pinch she helps me and visa versa. This so called friend sounds like an immature *****.

Wow. This "friend" sounds like a real loser! She may say that you are her closest friend, but really she is just using you. She is a leech, and I bet if you cut off the funding, she would quickly stop being your friend.

Plus, do you want to associate with people who talk about very private, intimate things just out of the blue?

Get away from her and hang out with your real friends, the ones who don't take advantage of your kindness and generousity.

Of course she is your friend and always will be as long as you are willing to buy your friends. It is you and not her. Being a sucker is always the suckers fault no one else should take the blame. If you want people to feel sorry for you, you are wrong and deserve nothing better.

Well it sounds like your friend is selfish and you should probably tell her how you feel (but try to do it diplomatically). She isn't necessarily your foe, but she may not realize how selfish she is being. As for her sister, tell her you don’t really want to hang out with her sister (her sister sounds like an even bigger @ss - is she young?)

some people in life will continue to free-load and take advantage of others constantly

SHE is definately one of those people

you don't need that in your life. remain friends in that ever-so-distant kind of way.

you will save money and hey... there are a million fish in the sea. Who needs friends who use you?

hard to say if she is a friend it sounds like she is using you. maybe she is short of money but she could suggest a picnic or doing some thing free. if she makes no effort to include you with out it involving your cash I would drop her.

i have the impression that your old friend has money problems.
If you have problems with paying for her , i would quit this friendship. It will give nothing more than trouble for you. Besides money-troubles there are usually other problems as well is my experience.

good luck.
