Jesus Died on the cross to save mankind, that's both men and woman. If God hated women then why would God use Esther, Ruth, and Mary they play very, very important roles.

Because the rise of Christianity through the Roman Empire was a proganda compaign against the pagan religions, which are almost all matriarchal...in which the female is revered over the male.
the original testments were corrupted when the new testemant was written and put together at the Council of Nicea in 325 AD. Everything about the pagan religions was twisted into something evil to make people convert and flock to the Church.
Read the Da Vinci Code and learn everything you need to know about how Christianity destroyed the meaning and the face of the Goddess. That is something in that book that is not fiction...but historical fact.

This is a very good question, and I have read the answers you have received so far. One person said that God didn't hate women, men hated women, and that is very close to the truth. I believe that men hated women's power and in particular, men hated and were jealous of a woman's ability to create a new life. I understand that it has been pretty well established that the connection between sex and conception was unknown during pre-historic times and women seemed to have this amazing ability that men never had. When the truth came out, men wanted their fatherhood to be hugely important, and women went from the most important person in creating new life to just a vessel to incubate a man's offspring.
The idea of a balance of power and the necessity for both men and women has eluded God, who was created by men to grab and hold onto male power.

God Never hated women. In fact God appreciates the good works done by the women as well.
For examply, women get pregnancy for nine months and God admires it and feeds the baby inside the belly.
And also God will reward the same men and women.
In Quran, Allah says "Whatever they will do (men and women) they will get the same in return and there is no difference of men and women.
So if God Almighty rewards in the same way to men and women then it means that God likes both the same.

Almighty God does not hate women. Never has and never will.
Women are men's human, social, intellectual, and spiritual equals. Being female doesn't make them less than or inferior to men. Men do not belong to the "chosen" or "superior" gender.
Unfortunately, there are men out there who hate women and are convinced that Almighty God approves that. The mothers of these men are women. So, I guess they hate their mothers, too.

God doesn't hate women. The hostility that you feel is from the resentment (enmity) that God put between satan and the woman in Genesis chapter 3.

My opinion is, he was p*ssed off at the Goddess, that's why 'NO God's before ME' and women are treated so poorly. At least in the old testament. I think he lightened up a little bit after a while.?

Because all the 'Gods' were created by man, not woman. Don't blame FableGods when it's guys that wrote it all.
( As meaningless as it likely is, I apologize - we're not all like the 'Holy' Bible writers. ... At least it doesn't advocate for your death - it does so for 2/3s of all Humanity, incl. me. )

God, if he exists and is all good and perfect, loves everyone equally. Maybe Christianity got it wrong.
The Bible definately prefers males. Why do you think it calls God "HE"??? Because for God to be female would be a disgrace.
NEWSFLASH: if there is a God or higher being, it most likely is not a gender.
