LOL...that's totally Stargate. The knowledge of the most powerfully beings in the universe was put into a computer and can be downloaded into our brains. It's a very interesting concept.

No, I don't think uploading your brain onto a computer will last forever. Hopefully humans will get to explore the galaxies out "there". But until then let's explore the glaxy that is ourselves...,

Maybe similar. Maybe like having a new body that is not bound by time and space. Not of this world or dimension. Maybe part of us already is not of the world or dimension and is timeless. Such as quantum physics indicates our dimension may be connected to a timelessness some times. Maybe thats how the spirit interacts with the body
