Can't catch him, won't go away, keeps tearing all three of my cats' to pieces, how can I get rid of it?

I know what you are going through. Animal control does not want to pick up cats.. OURS won't.
this other cat is trying to take over and will chase your other male cats away if they are not bigger and tougher than he is... SO you have to be bigger than him...
Bigger and Louder - Cats hate loud noise.

Catch it in a live animal trap (keep your kitties indoors during the time you are trying to capture the stray). Then take the live animal trap to the city animal control facility (city pound) or to the humane society. Unfortunately, the humane society is pretty skittish about accepting strays from the public, so the city pound will prob'ly be your best bet.
You can rent a live animal trap from most feed stores. There will be a hefty deposit, but you'll get it back when you return the trap.

Is it a feral cat or one of you're neighbor's cat?
If it belongs to a neighbor, then talk to them about it.
If it's feral, go to the animal shelter and ask for a HUMANE cat trap. Set the trap with some food near where the cat usually is. Check the trap every few hours. When the cat is inside the trap, simply take the cat to the shelter.

you can rent an animal trap from your local animal shelter or cat rescue. They will come out and pick up the kitty once it is caught. They will tell you how to trap him without hurting him. Then your cats will be safe, keep yours inside while you wait for the stray

call the pound i no i hate it but the same thing happened to me and the cat slit my cats head to where you can see the skull i took him to the vet and it got stitches
