Russ B, interesting answer and funny too. I can tell you are sensitive and kind of sassy and I sense a little sarcasm but I LOVE it! But this is a real question. Personality types can sometimes explain behavior and decisions people make including job choices so I happen to think it's somehow related. "Divide by expected exposure" lol that's classic, man!

Love your answer Sandy--not to take anything away from RussB though but yours is more of what I'm looking for. I hope I get more answers like that or I will have to mark yours BEST.

I'm very sociable. If you're an auditor, you have to be, cos you'll meet clients from all levels (from CEOs to junior a/cg clerks) and you have to be equally nice and diplomatic to everyone. I mix well with other accountants and auditors too cos networking is very important in this profession.

My hobbies are bringing my Cairn Terrier to the beach and reading and rock music. I attended concerts by Scorpions, Steve Vai and Yngvie Malmsteen and I love GNR. So don't let people tell you accountants listen to only Cliff Richard! For movies, I like Merchant-Ivory "types", like Remains of the Day, Howard's End, Legends of the Fall, LOTR.

I like educated humour - jokes and witticisms that require a person to be fairly learned to catch. I hate slapstick.

Emotionally I'm stable, I like helping others, but tend to be impatient. I don't suffer fools (but I'm working on it!). I'm logical (sometimes too logical) and not given to impulses. I'm the "take charge" type. And I'm thrifty (after you've audited enough clients and know the true cost of their goods, you find you don't want to fork out that much money for them!)

Now, the big one 'my typical thought and behavior patterns'...this one is a bit more complex. Hmmm...well what a question. Okay, I will confess...I think about getting laid and be loved. And, I would say that my behavoiral patterns are constant with that goal in mind.
Oh, did you mean does my job makes feel different than any other human. I guess it does...I always add up the numbers of a female figure and divide by expected exposure...to decide if I will talk to them.
Are, you really that stupid...to think that accountants are any different than anyone else.
