if he was not let to see the face of his newborn daughter ??? He wasn't allowed to see his daughters face until his daughter was 10months old. Then his daughter didn't even recognise him. How would u feel? THis happened to one of my friends thats why I am asking.

I am no father. But I am a mother and I would like to believe in a perfect world where each parent adores their child.
To put myself in your friend's position ... I'd know there was a reason for the time apart and an even better reason to have this time now, cherish it and do whatever is necessary to ensure this contact. No time like the present? And don't look back until the time is right and if necessary to do so.

That would be incredibly painful, but even at 10 months of age she is still very much at the beginning of her life's journey. What set of circumstances prevented him from seeing his daughter for that length of time?

I would ask this friend why the mother kept the baby from him. what were her reasons.? I would also ask this friend what he did in these 10 month to try and see his daughter. ?

a ten month old child wouldn't remember him even if he had seen her. And what was the reason she was like this--did he do something to her or claim it wasn't his? etc. You need to know all the reasons!
