i see the dog stick out its u no wut and inserts it in my female cats thing what can i do to stop this they are neatured and spayed

They aren't hurting anything - so to speak, but it their behavior bothers you so bad, get a squirt bottle, and squirt them with water in the face, everytime you catch them "in the act". Eventually, they will stop when then realize that their behavior is unacceptable.

I HIGHLY doubt that the dog is actually penetrating the cat. Animals of different species do not mate -- the cat would not tolerate it.
Poor dogs! Even some dogs who are neutered seem to be constantly 'horny.' They will 'hump' or rub against anything!
If your dog seems truly miserable, you can ask a vet for something that might 'calm' him down a bit.

It's a dominance thing that exists in all dogs. In your situation it is more than likely the dominance thing because once they are spayed or neutered, they lose that drive to reproduce, meaning your dog only wants to show that he's boss. My boyfriend's half shepherd half beagle tried to hump my Pomeranian today just because she wanted it to be know that it was her house and that she's in charge ( she is spayed). You just have to discipline the dog and let it be known that it's not okay for him to hump your cat. The next time he does it, pull him aside and show him that you are superior or "alpha" male. You do this by demanding "No!", have them sit and be in a submissive position on their backs.

My female dog was doing this to my male cat to show dominance. I tell her "No" and she stops. Now she is doing it to our new male dog. They are all about the same size. She is just trying to show them who is boss. when she won't stop, I squirt her with a water bottle. She hates that and it stops.

Oh my goodness. And your cat allows this? Buy your dog a stuffed animal that is equal or larger than itself. Hopefully it will work out it's lustful aggressions on the poor stuffed animal, rather than your poor kitty.
