Short, sweet and to the point. Say something from your heart, not rehearsed (although you can come with a bit of an idea of what you want to say), about what your friends have meant to you and wish them luck with whatever is next for them. Don't make it long or people will get bored...I speak from experience from a lot of wedding receptions. People will remember more of what you said if it's brief.

A few possible toasts for you follow below. Keep it short, simple and to the point. Nobody likes a long winded, rambling toast. It is meant to be merry and simple. It is to be upbeat and lively. When it is your turn to toast, simply stand, hold up your glass slightly above your head. Thank everyone for being there, let them know how much you value their friendship, the future holds promise and that though there may be many miles between some of you, nobody is far from your heart. End with a short verse, such as below.
Here's to all of your friends: they know you far too well, and they still like you.
Some friends wish you happiness,
and others wish you wealth -
But I wish you the best of all -
contentment blessed with health!
Don't worry about the future,
The present is all thou hast,
The future will soon be present,
And the present will soon be past.
Who is a friend but someone to toast,
Someone to gibe, someone to roast.
My friends are the best friends
Loyal, willing and able.
Now let's get to drinking!
Glasses off the table!

Well, just say how u are going to miss everyone and that you have had so many memories that you will never forget... maybe mention a specific moment when you all had fun together and say how u should all keep in touch
And how u will never have a better group of friends ever again
HOPE that helps

I recommend having a plan. Not too lengthy. Maybe a humorous (quick) tale approximately the groom after which a few good wants. Also, cocktails could aid get your nerve up, however they might finish badly. At my sister's marriage ceremony, the fine-guy ended up telling her she was once a fortunate guy.

I would tell a funny and brief story about each one of your friends then sum it up by saying something something like no matter where life takes us, we will always be in each others hearts and minds.
