According to the sitcoms I watched while growing up, you have two options:
First, you could ask each of them over to your place at different times. Say, girlfriend A at 8:00, girlfriend B at 8:10, and girlfriend C at 8:20, depending on how quickly you think you can work and how long it takes you to finish. Don't worry about it if happenstance causes them to all show up at the same time, your best friend will handle it.
Secondly, you could schedule a date with all three of them at their places, and bring wine or mixed drinks. Start by spending some time with girlfriend A, then make an excuse to leave (going out for ice or chips is a great one) and go over to see girlfriend B. Do the same for girlfriend C, and keep rotating between them throughout the night.
The great part of this plan is that it works perfectly for both men and women; nobody will suspect a thing until you all happen to contract the same STD.
