yes I have restless legs. It is usually an anxiety problem. I have fibromyalgia & chronic fatigue syndromes. You may want to watch and see if it has been a busy day and you are overtired. Sometimes that will bring it on. Are you sleeping well and feel rested in the morning? If not, inadiqate sleep can cause the aniexty that would bring tht on. But, no I wouldn't jump to MS at this point. you are a long way from that. But if it continues you doctor can prescribe something for you if it is interfereing with your sleep. Also, you my want to run a hot bath and soak a while. Maybe that would help.

I had that too and can be very annoying.It usually happened when I went to bed.Finally it stopped and I hav'nt got a clue why,as I had it for a long time.So its really puzzling why it started and how it stopped.

no it has nothing to do with MS

it is a kind of aching/jumping/crawling thing with the circulation of the legs.. it usually happens at night..but can happen at anytime...especially if youhave a desk job or are on your feet all day
