Draw attention the those questions only serves to raise the person's arrogance and bring them back to ask more of the same things. Though it is a cliche, ignore them, and soon the person will tire of seeing no one answer the questions.
As for your question, why should the god do anything? People put the god on so high a pedastal thinking, questioning, wondering why things occur as they do, that they never stop and think that perhaps it is not stopped for the mere fact that the god is not at everyone's beck-and-call 24 hours a day.

People like that one, and sadly, many more are simply looking for feedback. They want the controversy and the drama. Just let it be and know that more than likely its just some kid out to stir up trouble. I wouldn't take anything said by that moron too seriously, yahoo will take care of the fool, and whatever goodly god you believe in will take care of his soul in the next life.
