Detox diets don't work to burn fat.

Run or walk hills 30 minutes to an hour 5 days a week.

the only fat burning exercise is cardio (running, jogging, swimming, elliptical, cycling etc), it burns fat all over your body (you cant spot reduce body fat), do it 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat) and combine it with light weight training to tone up and not lose muscle because cardio burns both- fat and muscle
dont work on the same muscle group two days in a row

spot reduction...is nearly impossible to do....but you can always build muscle tissue that is underneath the adipose tissue(fat) that may give you some "tightening" sensation...if it is safe for you(medically...no knee, hip, pathology...etc.) then start with lunges, squats, jogging, stepper, etc...)
