So asking at Yahoo is getting you answers?

Call the clerk of court office at the actual courthouse where you are getting married and ASK someone who knows.

I don't know how you would work the dynamics of getting decorations inside a courthouse anyway. What are you planning to do, carry ferns and tulle bows and flower centerpieces from the parking lot to the chamber?

If I wanted more decor than just a bridal bouquet, I would plan my wedding for another venue. But good luck to you!

You need to contact the court clerk of the judge who's courtroom you will be using and ask if it is okay to decorate. They probably will not have a problem with it since the wedding is on a weekend as long as you designate a few people to clean up immediately after the wedding.

They will not let you decorate a sheriff's office . . and they will not let you decorate a court reporter's office . . and they will not let you decorate a judge's chambers . . so it is doubtful they will let you decorate the courtroom. Why would you want to spend money on decorations for a very brief ceremony in a courtroom?????
