any ideas for good fathers day gifts, my dad won't tell me what he wants. help?

Spend time with him, and write him a letter or poem telling him what he means to you and how much you appreciate him and what he does for you and your family. My guess is that he has plenty of stuff and needs to know that he's appreciated.

Always hard when they don't tell you or have everything imaginable.

Not knowing your age and ability to buy/do things I will just give basic ideas and you can work it from there.

If your dad has everything (mine always does too) what you can do is something personal from you to him.

Don't worry, it is cost effective, easy so no skill needed except what you are able to do and be a 100% treasured as the best gift of his life besides the day you came into the world.

Find his best interest. Fishing, footy, car racing, whatever. He has all those memorabilia? Don't worry. Make a framed collage of all different photos of him throughout the years enjoying his hobby. If you can write a lovely little story or poem or 'Ode to The Fisherman' etc. It isn't hard.

This can be hung up for all to see, it's decorated by you. Believe me I know that money is the thing he would consider on you spending on him. Time you spent collecting and constructing this for him is "Priceless".

A nice flask, martini shaker, cigars, good electric razor,cuff links, good book, subscription to his favorite mag or newspaper, or Cologne. The possibilities are endless. Think about what he likes or treat him to something he may not otherwise indulge in say for instance gift certificate to a spa.

Well, what does he like to do? If he has any hobbies, you could get something that pertains to that. Does he like to read? I find it hard to shop for men! lol
