maybe hire a wedding coordinator, she will know what you need to do

make sure you ask your attendants or the people you want to be your attendants, they need to get dresses

you might need to get a dress that fits you just right, there won't be time for fittings.

call the person doing the food AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

get a book or magazine and start doing the check lists as super fast spend

If you are having the reception in the meadow, then you will need a tent and seating. And porta-potties. This is the heart of wedding season, so you may have to be resourceful and look harder to find the things you need.

The dresses will have to come from a department store off the rack. Flowers might could be done by a florist, depends on how many weddings they have that day and what you will want. You may have to DIY a lot of things on this short notice. Supermarkets are a good source for the cake. They're usually pretty good, and can be quite attractive.

You will have to make the invitations and program right away, if you want one. You could just call the people you're inviting. Plan on some not being able to make it, as they may already have plans or be unable to travel on short notice.

If the reception is at another place, like a hotel or restaurant that will spare you the expense of the tent etc. Get with the caterer right away! You need to plan the menu immediately, caterers usually want a long lead time.

Finding a decent photographer may be hard as well. If the locals are all booked, try craigslist or the art department at a local college. You might get a photography student or a talented newcomer wanting to build a portfolio.

Planning a $6000 event on this short notice will be, shall we say, "hectic" but it can be done. You will probably have to make some compromises and you will run out of time before you run out of ideas. Don't get hung up on having to be perfect and you will be all right. Let people help you and take a little time for yourself and your groom as you go. Good luck!

Well, the dresses including yours will have to be bought off the rack (still time to go to a seamstress). Go to a nice department store if you have bridesmaids and pick out matching dresses. Call florists/garden centers with florists and pick out in season flowers. Call restaurants to cater, or have them hold a room and have the reception there. Go to a local tux shop and rent basic tuxes if they will be worn. Music? Hire a string quartet or a single violinist for the ceremony. Look on line for ideas. Just pretend it's a small party and you can do it. Get help from someone a friend, your Mom an Aunt. A wedding coordinator would be a waste of money for such a small event. Good luck!
