I know you are12 and you probably get tired too like your father. I will not judge you on either being spoiled or not. If he was tired and has been through alot, just be considerate of him. Be sympathetic towards your parents to show that you love them and care for them. Maybe next time you won't go through these moments again. Just keep in mind what your parents have done for you and be happy they are still there for you.

You told your Dad no? Why didn't you say, "Dad, I'm really tired, do you really want some kool-aid? If he said yes. You would say, "O.K." Then you should have gotten it. He would have noticed how tired you were and thought about how sweet you were and maybe he would have hugged you or said, "Thank you very much, sweetie." Anyway, try not to be in the same room with your dad if you don't want to help him. Or be aware he may ask you for something. Do it. He will remember. Good luck

Well, I can tell you what you should have done...got the kool aid for your father when he first asked you to do it, and then said 'thank you for working so hard every day to provide for me'
If you only had 4 hours of sleep, then go to bed instead of staying up all night. And you father does NOT have to say 'please'.
You're being a brat.

Apologize because this man is your dad. He is the parent, and although grabbing a glass of kool-aid really isn't all that over all important, your disobeying him is wrong. I lost my dad when I was two (I don't remember him) and my mom died when I was 17, I would love to be able to get either of them a glass of kool-aid!

Didn't your dad wipe your butt when you dirtied your diaper? Hey, how about a little payback. It seems the only time teens wanna give some payback, it 's for something bad.
You get anything good for Christmas? How was dinner last night? Was your bed comfy? That shower feel good this morning? Get the man some KOOL AID.

Apologize to your father, and next time the man asks you to do something get off your behind and do it. Stop making excuses for your bad behavior and thank God you have a father, not everyone gets the privilege including alot of kids who's fathers were killed in Iraq and would love to have one more moment with their dads to bring him whatever he wants just the way he likes it.

Your dad should kick your a** for being such a spoiled little brat. All he did was ask you to get him some koolaid. HOW HARD WAS THAT?! Kids these days need to learn to respect adults.
