My brother is 16 years old, and a sophmore this year. He's an amazing brother to have aroudn, even though he can be a pain.He started to get into the werong crowd..he started to go out and party..and then he found the lovely crack..he's been in rehab 2 times so far//wasnt a long time. He has lung cancer, he ddin't tell he was sick for a while. They say he doesn't have much time but then again he could pull through this. He's my world, I'm a year younger than he is. He should be how to do everything I really wanted to. I would be so lost without him, I'm really close. It tears me apart to see someone so innocent hooked up to something tht isn't helping him. He helped me through those baby steps now it's my turn for him. It's killing em I dont think I can anymore. I can't wait until I can run up and hug him., Tell him I'm sorry for everything, tell him I love him so much but I dont want to be too late, please help!

I am Sooo very sorry..I would write him a letter and tell him so.. as well as do a video and set it up and have him play it.and another thing you can do is write it down and read it to him yourself...My heart goes out to you.. and yes I will pray for him..As well as put him on a prayer chain..

Man up and take care of it. Nobody wants to have stinky junk, so clean it like it's ur own. Use ur fingers to lift his scrotum and wash underneath and on the sides, same thing for his penis. Just ask him, 'do u pull the foreskin back when u clean ur penis?' and do it however he tells u. This isn't complicated, just treat him how u'd want to be treated. I'm sure if u were in his situation, u wouldn't want somebody acting all grossed out about having to touch u. Just put a smile on ur face and be a servant. Joke and talk about it in a way that makes it less awkward for both of u. 'Like when u go in, say, 'Hey bro, I'm here to wash ur nutsack again' He is ur brother, have a heart.

Hey that's pretty sad and I'm sorry that this is happening to you but I'm sure you'll be by his side all da way and just keep praying for him tell him or write to him about how u respect him and don't want to lose him then maybe he'll see what he's doing to himself and to his family

Just do what you've been doing, be there for him and do your best,you as a human can only do so much,sometimes just being there and giving your love and support can mean everything,and who knows,with your support and medicine now days,theres always that chance,Pray,I will to!!

Bless your heart. He has to make his own choices, all you can do is pray pray pray for him and let him know often how much you really love him and how much you think of him. Prayer issued.

I'm not sure how he can be dying of lung cancer but might pull through it. Learn something from your brothers mistakes. Good luck to you both.
