im 14 and my butt is sadly really flat...everything i eat never goes to my butt so its just flat...i need ways to make it plumper...if giving exercises, please tell how to do them

I would say the best exercises to increase your butt is squats and lunges.

Heres a great video showing you how to get your butt looking nice. Do the workout once everyday or if you are in need of a really nice butt as fast as possible then I guess you could try to do it once when you wakeup in the morning and once before you go to bed. I would suggest you do the legs and the buns video rather than just doing the buns video by it self to give you a overall good appeal. If you can, you could combine them, do the 8 Minute Legs and then go straight to the buns video or you can take a little break, like for 1 - 2 minutes and then do the butt workout or just do them at different times of the day like do the leg workout when you wake up or sometime during the morning and then do the buns workout during the evening or at night. I actually tried both these videos and yes they are a really good workout.

On the 8 minute buns, I noticed one good exercise that they don't use, the Butt Bridge. I suggest that you incorporate this exercise anywhere in the video you like, or just at the ending of the video like I did. Do this exercise fully from bottom to top for 30 seconds and then do 15 - 20 seconds of shorter butt lift.

Lunges are the best workout for a girl at your age that need to make her butt bigger. Squats stunt your growth and i would not reccommend them to you since you are still growing.

Lunges came out on top in targeting the gluteus medius and, to a lesser extent, the gluteus maximus and the hamstrings. There are so many versions of lunges, you're certain to find one you can tolerate, if not fall in love with. This drop-knee version is the most basic lunge and, surprisingly, one of the harder versions.
Here's how to do it:
1. Stand in a split stance, with feet about 3 feet apart. You want both knees to be at about 90-degree angles at the bottom of the movement, so adjust accordingly.
2. Hold weights in each hand (or place a barbell behind the neck) for added intensity.
3. Bend the knees and lower the back knee towards the floor, keeping the front heel down and the knee directly over the center of the foot.
4. Keep the torso straight and abs in as you push through the front heel and back to starting position.
5. Don't lock the knees at the top of the movement.
6. Perform 1-3 sets of 10-16 reps according to your fitness level and goals.

Squats. Put a bar with weights on your shoulders and squat to the bended knee position (keeping your back straight). Do 3 sets of 10 reps. Use light weight at first. Have someone watch you in case you fall by accident. You will have a bubble butt in no time.

dont worry about your butt size so much, from a guy's perspective, most of the chicks i went out with were kinda flat.. if we like you, your butt size wont matter.. but i guess you could just.. sit a lot? i dont think you wanna do wall sits or anything because it might result in muscular legs

The only way to really increase it would be to gain weight everywhere else.

But, another option is walking/running on an incline on a treadmill and doing some squats.

My goodness,dear. Enjoy it while it lasts. :o) I'm guessing when you get a bit older, your "curves" will naturally be enhanced. Someday you will probably be working hard to reduce your butt size! You're too young to be worrying about this. Just wait until your curves have time to mature a little more.

I have the same problem. Doing squats with weights are supposed to be the best way. Unfortunately for me, I have bad knees so I can't do squats. Also try leg lifts with weights.

if you are a size 14 nothing is flat. if you want your butt to get bigger just lose weight in other places.

Squats help, do them every so often till your butt is sore, then wait a few days and do them again.
