There is “a time to laugh.” King Solomon (Ecclesiastes 3:4) The ability to laugh is a God-given trait, a gift from the One described in the Bible as “the happy God.” (1 Timothy 1:11)

I don't know if God has a sense of humor or not...but it appears so to me. I have a very personal relationship with Him and speak to Him frequently during my day...
One day after having been on R & S the night before and questioning whether or not the Bible was the absolute truth....I had occasion to rely on it being factual to ask for something very specific....a healing prayer for pain relief. I had done this several times and had always been answered quickly so expected the same thing to happen in this instance. About two hours after my prayer I still had not received relief from the pain (God usually acts very quickly on my behalf) and I said to Him...." Your word says that by the stripes of Jesus we will be healed. You've stopped the pain before....so why not now?"
About five minutes later...totally out of the blue...after I had already gone on to do something else (I was at work), God spoke to me. (or at least the complete thought and feeling entered my mind). I sensed a wry humor in the words which were: " So tell me, do you or do you not believe that these words speak the truth? You can't have it both ways."
I felt very humbled and replied....Yes father. I'm sorry.
Within moments, the pain subsided.
This is the absolute truth. I know it sounds weird but we have similar conversations all the time....and I have come to the conclusion that either I am truly hearing from God...or I have totally lost it. Being that what is said always comes to pass....or an answer that is given to me always turns out to work the best for me...I choose to believe that it comes from God.
God Bless to all.
I know this may really sound strange, but that is what happened.

Oh yeah God has a sense of humor. Just take a look at giraffes or ostriches. And monkeys are pretty funny too.

Yes - God created everything that is good, life-giving within us. Including laughter and humour. To dismiss or deny that would be a sin.

“..And you must become low so that you will speak from the very earth, and as from the dust your sayings will sound low. And like a spirit medium your voice must become even from the earth, and from the dust your own sayings will chirp.” Isaiah 29:4

God definitely has a sense of humor.
For one, he put nipples on men. Go figure! Maybe just for landmarks.
