i was just wondering because my friend faith ate some pepperoni
frozen and said she wouldn't get worms.

Of course you can eat it but when you cook it with melted cheese it well be nice.

Pepperoni is a fully cooked product. So, it is just like eating a popsicle, made out of pepperoni. Why would she get worms from pepperoni? That makes me wonder.

Pepperoni is already cooked. It's safe to eat frozen.

Pepperoni is probably so preserved that it can hardly go bad, but that doesn't mean that even cooked it's good for us! But, hey, what good is a healthy life without pepperoni pizza?

Yes its safe to eat cold pepperoni, but i think pizza taste better hot , wow she was really hungry !

Yes because it's already cooked with preservatives so it stays fresh even when it's frozen. It's like eating cheese cold for instance.

If its frozen it may have lots of bacteria all over it . And if its RAW thats nasty cause you could get a tape worm or sick.
