there is many web based competitions out there. do a search on yahoo for "win a car"
you might have to pay for some but if you not in the competitions you cant win them. and they are not scams the people who run these spend a lot of money getting to the top of search engines (speaking from experience on a other subject not a competition site) so stick to the top page of yahoo and you should be fine.

A friend of the family won one through a gym. When they joined they were entered into the draw. It seemed quite a funny prize after all it's not really encouraging one to keep fit by driving everywhere, lol!

Grandmother won a new 1956 Ford. It was a church raffle and see bought one ticket, and it was drawn for the grand prize. Churches have raffles all during the summer for their festivals. Good luck..
Either that or try and get on a game show and win there.
