It's hard...but I've learned that ut's useless trying to win them back. Move on, like someone else. If they really were capable of being won back, they're probably not worth going out with in the first place because it shows that they're kinda indecisive, and reveals a possibility that they are capable of being won over by someone else.

Try to interact with them, and find out what they like, and become a friend to them, have friendly conversations occasionally. Sooner or later, they'll get the point, and make a move, but try to make the first move to give him the hint!

They could be immature, there be something about you they don't like, or you just don't have common interests, and they recognize it but you don't.

My humorous reply, is that they failed an intelligence test on you likeableness. Be glad they ignored you. Once you got to know them better, you might have been sorry.

Move on. You can't force someone to like you. So you keep yourself busy to take your mind off of them, like hanging out with friends...etc.
Who knows, hopefully you'll find someone else to like who will like you back. ;)
Good luck

there is not really much you can do if someone does not like you. You should not change yourself just to get him to like you. If he does not like you the way you are then he is not worth your time.

Move on ...
If it was the other way around you wouldn't want to feel obligated, would you. So, be thankful they were honest with you and find some new friends and new hobbies.
