I wuv sunflower seeds ubut i dont know why i eat so many of them. =( Do you know ny ways to stop the burning on my tongue?

The burning is from the salt. The salt is actually burning your tongue, making it raw. While drinking water will help cool your mouth, you need to stop eating those sunflower seeds! All that salt isn't good for you anyways.

Lots of water to neutralize the salt. Lots of water would also probably be a good idea to help your body flush some of that salt.

Drink beer or, stop eating the seeds and just drink beer or, switch to pretzels and keep drinking beer.
