I would keep bugging them, persistence pays off usually. If you then get the feeling they aren't interested in you then try somewhere else. After all you haven't lost or gained anything if you don't get it....right?

In customer service jobs, the managers tend to work longer hours and things can be pretty crazy. The manager you spoke to probably forgot and/or didn't inform the other managers. I'd call back tommorrow, and find out what your schedule is/what's going on. Don't want any more organizational errors, and have them assume you're a no show (=could be fired).

Perhaps they print them on Sundays. I'd just mosey over to the store and get the schedule on Monday.

Retail is a 7 day a week world. Definately call them Saturday. That might be the day they post them.

Good luck.

yes, call them. Who knows - there could be a mix up and someone assumes you have been informed? What have you got to lose by calling them? Just don't sound too eager or demanding on the phone.

Call!! You need to call them, if you ask they will know you are committed to your job and that you do want to work.
