i heard that it makes you have eye diseases and is it true that if you sleep with them they can go to your brain and you can die =/

You subscribe to magazines. Contacts are prescribed. You could get an infection from prescription or non-prescription contact lenses, and that could lead to blindness.

I have contacts, so I'm not just making this stuff up. I don't know about the eye diseases part, but you won't die if you sleep in them. It just isn't good to do because your eyes might get irritated, and they can be hard to get of of your eyes. It probably isn't good to be using contacts without a prescription, either. =) Hope this helps!!
