Wow, that's a short time-line to get ride of back acne. That type of acne is the hardest to get ride of not to mention treat due to its location. I would say that the only way to get results that quick is by using prescription medications, but since you are looking for home remedies I would suggest toothpaste. I know it sounds crazy but the stuff really works and any brand will do, but try to use one with peroxide in it and always use paste NOT gel or you will experience burning.
There is also over-the-counter medications that can be used like 10% benzoyl peroxide gel and 2% salicylic acid wash. These products work really well at preventing further breakouts.

Yikes! Only five days? That neutragena body wash works. Also think about changing your laundry soap and fabric softener to unscented. It can really irritate the skin and cause backne.

Get some Clean and Clear astringent (you can buy ar walmart under $5) it has salic acid in it, it will dry up pimples really well.

DON'T KNOW IF YOU CAN GET IT CLEARED UP IN 5 DAYS, BUT I SUGGEST GOING TO A DERMATOLOGIST, THEY CAN WORK OUT A HEALING PLAN FOR YOU AND MAYBE USE UV LITE, LIGHTLY TO HELP CLEAR IT UP FASTER.
