she talks to me good , replies my email, its been only like couple of weeks that i have met her

I am not sure love is the right emotion you are feeling just now.While I certainly agree with the concept of love at first sight,here, I feel you are attracted to this girl more because she has been good to you and you are from a different country.Continue with things the way they are for a little while longer and allow any feelings that does exist to evolve naturally.I wish you the best.

Don't tell her right now. If you tell her now, you'll freak her out. Since, you only met her a couple of weeks.
Ask her out, get to know each other. And then, over time,if you still feel the way you do, let her know how you feel. ... You'll know when the time is right.
