i think it is the only fact in our life. but what do u prepared for it?
of course religion only is useful, then. Now the Q is are u satisfactory about ur religion?
in other words, for jewish: are u sure moses is the last prophet, or u have to exclude jesus is a true one?
For christians, are u sure jesus is last prophet or u have to exclude Mohamed is the last one?
plz, dont rush in answer, just take my Q in consideration. just search for the fact for sake of urself... after death!

really strange answers; some of them are completely irrelevant! others don't believe in god!
others r stressing on being as such without faith in being better (in religion) with no persuading coz.
for me, i became a muslim, i believe in Jesus & Moses & prophet Mohamed & think Jesus will come back one day, but i dont think he really sends messages to some ppl now!!!!!!!

I dont think you should put much thought into it.....we all know we are going to die......but dont be so overly-obsessed with knowing that, that you forget to live.

I was raised a Christian... and now that i'm grown up and really see religion in a different way, I think all religions bring good positive things into our lives. And every religion has its flaws whether we like to believe it or not, but those flaws only teach us more, and help us grow. I'm not satisfied with any religion only believing in good and God our creator is good enough for me.

So I don't think about that... I just try to be good as much as possible and hope for the best when my time comes. Why bother picking, nobody will ever know the truth about the after life we will have... or which religion/faith was true until we die and maybe not even then.

The truth will be known to us when the time comes... religion and faith in ones life is important but not necessary to do the right thing and live a spiritual life... by just believing in good you are doing your part to making this world a better one... and your chance of going to "heaven" or wherever we will go is only going to be revealed when we die or who knows when?

Ultimately what we need to worry about is what we're going to do to change for the better... to leave a good memory of us in every person you know and to be remembered by what we did and what we stand for in a positive way. To not take anyone for granted and to always live and learn from our mistakes.

Yes I believe in death, and i believe that we will all spend an eternity with Jesus in Heaven. So, no, death is not final in my belief. And I don't think that Jesus was the last prophet. Well, I'm not sure, but he does send messages to people today and I consider those people prophets. Gotta go buhbye!

Everyone dies. Every society or culture has it's creation story & their stories for what happens after we die. Every single one. Isn't that fascinating? It kind of lends credence to there being an afterlife if even the most unsophisticated tribe in the Amazon jungle realizes that he has a soul that carries on after his body stops working. It is only those sophisticates that try to be their own god that tries to deny there is a God.

As a Christian, I don't believe that Jesus was the last prophet but was actually the human incarnation of God sent to earth to physically experience everything that us humans have to go through. I believe that when my body ceases to work, my soul will go to Heaven.

I don't need religion to comfort myself with the thought of death. I accept it. Every living thing cannot last. Our bodies become part of the earth which was formed from stars. We are all part of the same cosmic dust. It's a really beautiful thing. Spiritually I'm not quite sure what I believe but there is a soul burning eternally within us. It has unlimited potential and that is why we are part of this universe.

I truly do not like any of the answers given so far. Of course I believe in death. No one lives forever. Am I prepared for it ? No. Most people aren"t. they think they will live forever. I am a Christian, and I do not live the life God wants me to. but I try and hope I will go to Heaven. I truly believe that Jesus was the last prophet. Don"t care if anyone thinks differently. What I believe is all that matters to me. What anyone believes is all that matters to them. The main thinng is that we all believe in something.

Death is the end of our existence. We die just as surely as the mosquito I just slapped, the raccoon killed on my road earlier in the week, or the cow that donated the steak I had for dinner. After death, all life processes cease and human beings become nothing more than bones trapped in a bag of biochemical goo.

Coming from me, I think Jesus probably is the last prophet. I'm a Christian, and I think Jesus will come back sooner or later and we all, well those of us that believe in Him, will live forever in Heaven. So, if you want that, if you already aren't a Christian, please accept Christ as your Savior. I'm not kidding all of that is from the Bible and it's true. Thanks!

I'm not afraid of death. And I'm not sad about the concept of death/ceasing to exist. I consider myself outrageously wonderfully lucky that I'm here at all. I mean seriously, when you consider the odds...
