If they make you wake up crying, they can't really be nonsense becuase people don't cry over nonsense, they cry over things that matter to them.

Even people who are under extreme stress, and cry over seemingly 'little' things like spilling milk or ripping a hole in their clothing, are crying because the situation represents a focus of what is wrong with them.

So if your dreams are making you cry, they aren't nonsense. Try to understand what is making you cry, if its the same each time or different, and you will be closer to understanding what is happening to you. Good luck.

Dreams never mean what the display. It's really just your body telling you something is wrong. And NO it's not herpes.... Waking up crying is very normal and common, you don't have to worry about that. But you might want to look deeper within yourself and try to seek the reason for these dreams :]

Sometimes dreams seem to offer a physical release that can't happen when you're awake. Seriously, what do you think a wet dream is all about? Your body can't wait any more and you actually release sexual tension during your sleep. Your crying might be the same sort of thing. You need the sort of release that crying creates, but aren't doing it while you're awake, so it happens when you sleep.

The good news is that it's less messy than that other sort of dream.

Dreams are the manifestation of your subconsious thoughts. This just means that you mind is eather trying to tell you something or something is weighing so heavely(sp) on your mind that it causes you to have bad dreams. I would take a look at the recent events that could have caused this or the possible meanings of this dream and isolate the problem

Waking up crying is slightly concerning. I suggest you should go and see someone or talk to a close friend about anything that may be on your mind. By opening up your heart to someone and 'spill out' all your issues may help you. Good luck.

what you dream means a lot to you, and some type of tragedy happens so you at first are crying in the dream, and this cry feels so real that you begin to cry in real life.........when you have a dream like that again, take a closer look at it, and ask yourself why this type of dreams make you cry

People say that when people are dreams, they are actually what they fear in reality. Dont worry about your dreams too much, sometimes my dreams can be disturbing to me and that i'll feel moody too.. If it really bothers you, you should find someone reliable to talk about things, or you can see a psychologist/counsellor.

You need to toughen up. In the impending war with Canada we will need all of the soldiers we can find. I will not command a unit of sissies, who wake up crying.
