Were can I find help? I have multiple chronic dieases and am only 22. I am married, no kids, and work about 30 hours a week and am a part time student.

Your BEST shot will be to find another employer who will offer better health insurance coverage.

If finding another job with better health insurance isn't an option, your only other one is to explain to the providers of service your predicament and set up a payment plan. Some of them may ask for a chunk first, but then you can pay what you can afford later, others will just accept payments. BUT, you have to be reasonable about it. If you tell them you can afford to pay them $15 a month until it's paid off, you HAVE to make that $15 a month payment EVERY month. (Otherwise, they can refer your account to a collection agency.) If you have a month where you can't make the payment on time, you'd need to call the office as soon as you know to offer to double up next month or something.

If you go this route, contact the providers you owe money to ASAP and get this in place right away - you have a better shot of them working with you sooner than later.

I do have to agree with the first answerer, or you can consult your insurance agent on the above matter. There are many more insurance in malaysia which have different kind of co-pay rates. So start finding...

You can't switch mid year. Check an HMO for next year if you can go in network.
