i don't really know how, and my friends sorta make fun of me. it's not that i don't want to do it, but i don't know how...someone please give me some help

This is best when you meet someone you really like and after you have gotten to really know this person. Do not jump into it and when it happens, you can learn together. Your significant other will be able to coach you.
Get to know someone as friends first and then if you become good friends and want to date, then you should have already told that person that you are inexperienced and have never. They will be patient with you. Honesty and communication are very important in every relationship.

Maybe you should try it, and if you have and don't keep you are that good and are not satisfying your partner..

well, my mom says that i dunno how to kiss either, then she says that i have to practice in the mirror... *weird*... lol... well u cant be that bad at making out... just try doing ur best, but dont try that hard... :)
