I want to file a report on Credit Solutions of America, but am not sure how to proceed.

You can easily file a complaint online on the FTC website.
Be sure to print out a copy of the complaint for your records.
You might also think about filing a complaint with the BBB, your AG and their AG.

According to the 2007 edition of the Consumer Action Handbook you can call them at 1-877-382-4357, go to their web site at www.ftc.gov or write them at Bureau of Consumer Protection Division of Consumer and Business Education 600 Pennsylvania Ave, NW, NJ-2267 Washington, DC 20580.

Your best bet is to do it in writing. Just simply state your case and what your complaint is.... Just whatever you do, do it in writing.....
