wow, thats a touchy one..my girlfriend who is a year older than you says the same thing happend to her,it was her grandfather she says,
she asked me almost the same question to wich i reasond it;s been all this time and her grandpa is in failing health,
and so we opted to let it die with him,
i think that no one on here can give you the right answer to many variables,
seek some suport from somone close to you who knows you and your's.
and search your hart as to the answer good luck you are not alone.

I can answer this question you can tell them however there are a couple of things to consider most likely nothing will change, except they will have to live with knowing that they failed to protect you. Your brother was going through that age of experimenting, I am not making excuses, I know of this
story to well and nothing changed. One thing if you have kids just in case its more than your bro being young don't leave them alone. I hope this helped and someone gave me some great advise once " Don't let this be the thing that defines who you are. Good Luck

Absolutely! These things should never be swept under a rug, because that family member did something illegal and wrong. If you have forgiven that person, you still need to let someone know because it could have happened or can happen to someone else. Your parents are the best person to tell because they raised you and chose who you would have around you, and they should know who is who. Please, for your sake, though, tell someone what happened--even if you feel uncomfortable about it.

I would tell, otherwise how are you ever going to move on with life. There is always going to be that giant elephant in the room with you.
