She needs to be checked out by a Doctor as this could be an indicator of diabetes, artery blockage or anyone of a whole series of alcohol related diseases. When drinking alcohol it affects our basic motor skills, these being holding head erect, control of arms and legs. Excessive drinking can and does inhibit movement as to where the person can not 'feel' their legs.
I wish you well as it is not easy to watch someone you love become incapable of controlling their life.

Yeah, she should get checked out by a doctor because her legs, and she should be made aware that her drinking is a problem. She should be seen and she does need to hear that.
