test came back: enlarged right kidney and thickened uterus (possible miscarriage)?

Question

i have been bleeding, clotting and cramping for almost 4 weeks now and my lower stomach was swelling/hurting a bit (besides the cramping). my gyn told me to get a pelvic ultrasound and my general doctor told me to get an abdominal ultrasound done. my test came back with me having an enlarged kidney and thickened uterus (possible miscarriage). my general doctor is making me go in on monday for blood test BUT im still waiting for my gyn to call me about my results. in the meantime, can u tell me if they are related to one another? have you heard of this before?

p.s.
IF IF IF i was pregnant, i didnt know.

I never heard of enlarged kidneys in a condition like yours. I had something like yours 10 years ago, doctors said whatever you could imagine. I was sure not to be pregnant, but 3 different doctors were telling me to be pregnant.
They even wanted to remove one kidney.
Then a nurse advised me some imported medication: Mammophysine in injections. She injected 3 times, once every other day in my thigh muscle, and everything got Okay. I don't know if there is that medication now in our western countries. It retracted the uterus, and everything got to normal.
She had planned 6 injections, but only 3 helped me.

The doctor diagnosed her with "enlarged kidney" due to pregnancy. (excess fluid in kidney) i do not recall the medical term he used. he did say very common amoung pregnant women. i can not find any information on this "common" condition anywhere.
