OK, So U want the guy to notice you and u want to eventually hang out together, so it seems he's already interested in you rather it's as a friend or more.First i feel of course be yourself, because u don't want to end of pretending to be something your not then once you get him, you'll end up unhappy because you can't be yourself around him. two u should make eye contact, let him know yea ur interested in him i guess be straightforward with him, and make conversation, if u can't find anything that u two have in common maybe he's not ur catch like the famous saying "Everything that glitters isn't gold" And Go For it!

Confidence is key, you have to be able to like yourself before you can expect someone else to. Concentrate on yourself first and do things that make you happy. Once you confident with yourself, Don't worry about anything, Just hold your head high and people will come to you. Its all about confidence!
Ask him to go for a walk in the park. Do you have any museums in your town? Art galleries? Any service projects thta you can work on together? Go help me work at teh recycling center for a couple of hours?
Stay away from dark places, movies and such. Find something where you'll be moving around, but its' quiet enough so that you can talk.
