Wrap the cat up in a bath towel like you might a baby. It's tricky if the cat's really fussing, but once you get it all bundles up, you can the use one hand to hold the upper eyelid up while dropping with the other hand. Once the cat has this done a couple times, it my just hold still for this...my kitties do very well with this method.

ah, yeah wrap it in a towel or blanket with only the head sticking out and do it FAST. my cat jimmy needed drops as a kitten and thats the only thing that worked.. it works even better if you have someone to help. one holds the cat in the towel and the other administers the drops.

My vet told me that getting everything ready first was best. Making sure that the cat is "unaware" is best too. Come up behind the cat gently and hold under their chin. Slightly lift their head up and hold their eye open with your thumb and pop in the drops. This is very easy and worked well with my cats when I needed to do eye salve with them for 10 days. Hope it helps!

Come from behind and above rather than from the front. Keep things quiet and calm. Placing the cat up on a table can help or hold in the lap. Rest your hand on top of his head and use your other hand to help tilt the head back.

Coax the cat onto your lap, firmly grab her head like a baseball and quickly drop the eyedrops into her eyes. you will in undemanding terms get one hazard. yet you do no longer choose for to be too tough or you will in no way get your palms on the cat back. Wrapping her physique in a blanket would not sound like this type of undesirable theory the two.

It's best to cup their head in your hand, and hold gently but firmly. Then, like the person before me said, drop it in next to their nose, in that little channel that runs to their eyes. Your cat won't like it, but it's the easiest way.

Sit behind the cat, with them between your legs, scruff him or her, and gently tilt their head back, put the drops in, and then let go.

GET SOMEONE TO HOLD HER/HIM GENTLY. THEN PET THE CAT && TALK TO HER, TELLING HER EVERYTHINGS GONNA BE ALRIGHT. THEN YOU CAN GET A TREAT THE CAT REALLY ENJOYS && PUT IT ABOVE HER. HOPEFULLY, SHE'LL TRY TO GET IT. FEED IT TO HER A PUT THE DROPS IN HER EYES.

Scruff his neck, flip him over, have someone holding the hind feet straight out & go for it. Good luck.
