Philippians. Chaper 1, Verse 8

Latin Vulgate:

Testis enim mihi est Deus quomodo cupiam omnes vos in visceribus Christi Iesu

King James:

For God is my witness how I long after you all in the bowels of Jesus Christ.

The Biblical quote is 'Testis enim mihi est Deus'

The translation for :

AS GOD IS MY WITNESS
Ut Deus est mei testimonii.

I took Latin also and it is a difficult language. But there are on-line Latin dictionaries and grammars that you could search for . However, if you have not taken latin, you really need a teacher or translator. Hope this helps.

just to correct you, the quote is not "as god as my witness" as you wrote in your question. correctly quoted, it is either "as god is my witness" or "with god as my witness".
