I think you have nothing. There is not one source of evidence with any credibility to make a case.

I am not questioning that something happened, but you do have to ask yourself how much damage could a slow moving vehicle backing up do?

Seeing the rest of your story - either the entire world is out to get you or you are being a bit dramatic. Interestingly your whole story is filled with the race of each person involved, which implies that you think this whole thing is a big racist conspiracy against you. Here's a hint - bad things sometimes just happen and bad things happen to everyone.

Its time to start treating this like the days before there was insurance and lawyers, etc. Do the very best you can with getting your life back in order and stop thinking about how much you've suffered and start thinking about how to get back in the game. Re-read that parargraph again and again. Its up to you to get over this. Take control and get yourself back on your own feet. There is no time like the present.

Good luck, my friend.

After reading youre question i notice you say old -WHITE - woman.
Why does this matter ? Elderly would suffice i think
To give you the benefit of the dought, i would contact the youre state attorney generals office and fill out the form they will send to you, and also get the police report and doctors records etc.

Just remember , we are all in this together. maybe some time for some self reflection?

you could file a complaint with the police dept. make sure you have on record hospital records pertaining to the accident. especially if the doctor can prove if they were injuries caused by a vehicle then take the lady to court to have her cover your medical costs. most car insurance have pi coverage for things like this. and since the cop didn't write a ticket she didn't report it. the officer should regardless have on file that he spoke with you and the lady and what he was called to the scene for get a copy of that report to use in your defense.

What are your injuries? What are your damages?
Why did they deny your claim? What is the point of impact on her car? Did you walk into the side of her car?
Was she negligent?

Too many unanswered questions here.

If a lawyer wont even take your case, I suggest you get back to work and live with your "injuries."

Why don't you tell the WHOLE story -- there seems to be large portions left out of your version....
