he's dying from a brain tumor and in my dream he told me there was something he had to tell me before he passed on but i couldnt hear him say it.
i havent heard from him in 25days (he doesnt live near me anymore)
do you think that was his last chance reaching out to me? if so why couldnt i hear him?

The person in your dream wasn't him, it was your own unresolved issue with him. It wasn't about him not being able to tell you something, it was a dream about your need to tell him how you feel and everything thats going on before he dies.
It's not that you couldn't hear him, it is that he can't hear the thoughts in your head, since you haven't told him.

dreams sometimes sends us messages, his tumor may be irrelavent, or it might have really happened. if u couldn't hear him, thats maybe because u fear what he says, or he just has a secret that u can't yet handle in the real world known as reality
