Hey Emmy,
I know its hard to struggle with this extra hair. Its a pain. My friend has it...but lets get to the point ...
I really suggest to go to your local drug store and buy a pack of wax strips. There are alot in one pack (25). && its all for about $7.00. Or you could go to th salon and have them do it for you, but getting it done at the salon will be higher in price if you get it done instead of doing it your self. I suggest getting the wax strips that are called carefree they work great!
I hope this helps! :D
Good luck!

ok this is for all girls... NEVER shave on your face. the hair will come back ruff and uneven and not soft and you will look like a man. the best thing to do is to go to the store and find a hair removal cream called "nair" (if you google it you can find more about it). You just apply it to your face and wait a couple minutes and the hair will fall out. It's completely painless. It's not like waxing because it does not take the hair out from the root but just kills the hair on top.
Another good way of taking the hair out is plucking it with a tweezer.
waxing should be a last resort because it loosens up the skin (you will look old) the hair will come back stronger and longer (and while that is ok on legs you don't want that on your face)

You may or may not have heard of threading, its an Indian style of removing hair. It does hurt momentarily but you will have lasting results. Most salons are employing Indian women for this talent. I had my upper lip, chin, and eye brows done and my face was as smooth as a baby's bottom ... and I don't believe it cost me 30 bucks. I suggest you speak to any Indian woman, Im sure they may know someone who knows someone. My first experience was about three years ago at a JC Penney Salon ...so if JCP has it Im sure it is available near you. I love it to this day. I dont have a specific site but I just googled "threading" and there were various pictures and substantial info on the technique.

Emmy,
What ever you do, don't shave because it will grow back quite unruly. Laser hair removal is the best long terms solution, but if you cannot afford it, consider waxing. You can do it yourself or go to aesthetic schools where it would be MUCH cheaper.

I believe there is a simple medical procedure that allows an instrument to send a modest electrical charge to the root of the hair folicle.
