I think he wants you to know that he feels the same as you do but sees that it is impossible with your parents in the way. So I believe he will let time pass and you both go your own separate ways but keep in contact from time to time. And hopefully months or years down the road, maybe try the relationship again. For now let it fizzle. I believe he's giving in for a while. And who knows, dating other people might lead you both back together someday if its meant to be. Whats the deal with your parenst? Is it the age thing? Or they dont like him?

Sweety, he wants a relationship with you. I had to end a relationship with this guy once because my parents did not like him and I didnt really have the luxery to even be his friend anymore. For right now, it does not matter what you two want because your parents are forbidding it. So, take your time to deal with the way things are and then try to move on. See what the future brings because right now, you can't have anything with this guy.

To keep you on hand while he is out playing the field. Hunny, he wants a sure thing booty call, he is playing with your mind. It is time to tell him that the only contact you will have with him is as a friend and move on to someone who wants you for you and not just for what you got in the sheets!

it sounds like he still does love you. It's not as if the relationship ended because you didn't love eachother.
I think what he wants is you

He wants to keep his options open. Just in case he doesn't find someone else. He wants to keep you simmering.
But he will find someone else, sooner rather than later.
I strongly suggest that you move on before he does. And don't communicate with him so much. Find another buddy.
