I don't think that they would have the pressure that it would take to actually bite a grown ups head off.

wolves are misunderstood animals, a lot like sharks and other large, menacing looking animals. I have seen many wolves, both up close and from a distance. They are beautiful animals. My dog is part wolf, and she is wonderful. anyway, to answer ur questoin, there is like .0000000000001% chance of a wolf biting ur head off. Yes, there are those occasional attacks when a wolf bites a human, but they are very, very, very rarely fatal. wolves are pack creatures by nature, so if u see one lurking around by itself, u might want to be a little cautious. lone wolves, without the help of the pack, often have trouble finding and catching food. So they will be very hungry and will chase anything that moves. other than that, wolves are usually not a threat. respect them and they will respect u<333

No, Actually the wolves are not going to just attack unless they have been threatened, they are just as scared of you as you are of them , if they feel that you have backed them into a corner then I couldn't really say what one would do, but I do know that they will not bite your head off. Wolves are like any other wild animal if you leave them alone then they will most likely leave you alone unless they are with a pack and then it would depend on the situation they are in or their mood I suppose.

Wolves don't typically approach humans..There is something to be said about the old: "They are more afraid of you than you are of them" adage. Instances of wolf attacks on humans are very rare and isolated. I doubt that a wolf, even a grown one could actually bite your entire head off in one chomp, but if you were part of a kill then, yes...A few chomps and some tearing and a body could find itself headless...

Yes, but no.

Not in one bite of course, and you would have to pretty much sit still to be bitten in the neck at all. Wolves don't just attack, if you moved around much it would probably scare it off unless it was RIGHT THERE and felt threatened by you. But it wouldn't bite your head off.

But if you sat very still and it for some reason wanted to bite your head off (it wouldn't, though) I guess it could eventually.

Here's a pretty informative site on wolf attacks on humans. It's fairly rare.

sure can. maybe not in one bite but with a bunch of bites and chewing sure, they can take your head off. If they bit your neck and rip your throat out your spine isn't too hard for them to bite through. they can crack leg bones with their jaws.

A wolf will attack soft areas, the belly or the throat, if anything.
