I just got of the phone from my aunt. She use to work at the bank herself. This is what she told me. You will not have any problems cashing that check at the bank. All you have to do is show some id at the bank on who you are. :-)

Yes you can as long the name on the check is similar. My name is Brittaney with an e and people often spell it as Brittany without the e.

Sure just sign it the way the check is printed and then sign it the way you spell it. Depends on if the clerk at the bank knows you they may just let it slip if you just sign it once.

Yes, you can cash it. On the back, endorse it as it's made out, then sign below that with the proper spelling.
