Oh, most definitely. If you are truly surrounded by the presence of the Holy Spirit, it's very hard not to be overwhelmed with happiness. :]]

Usually. When I feel conviction about something, I wouldn't say I have fullness of joy, though. Or when I'm worried, grieving, etc. I always have some deep seated joy of my salvation, but the fullness has to be replenished from time to time.

Yes, though sometimes we won't allow ourselves to hear His voice and be in His presence. Then the fullness of joy isn't there. We must have faith.

The key is "really being" in His presence...Spending quality time in prayer and worship.....if we are too busy,even in the demands of everyday life,and spend little time with God....then we miss out..............We all reap what we sow. I am speaking to myself as well....I needed to hear that again.
